Download the free Theraverse Provider app from the Apple Store/ Google PlayStore and signing up. Our backend team will validate the profile and approve for next step. Once the approval is done, you will ask to enter your bank details for getting your consultation fee credited to your account. If your profile is incomplete, you will be prompted to complete the same.

We’re assuming that you’ve completed both the sections of your profile — your personal details as well as the professional details. Generally verifications are done within a week time. If yours has been pending for longer than that, then please reach out to us on contactus@theraverse.in. We will check everything and come back to you within 24 hours.

Click on the ‘Home’ tab in Provider app, and you will see profile icon with you name on top left. Click on the profile icon, which will have link to Add payment details. This will take you to a page where you can enter your bank details. All fields on the bank details page are mandatory. Once your bank details are saved, we will run a bank verification. Please note that we only confirm if the said bank account exists, and not if it belongs to you. We request you to make sure you’re entering the correct bank details. The verification is complete within 24 hours. You are now ready to fill the appointment slots.

We understand if you’re a bit apprehensive about how to convey warm, caring bedside manner, without seeing the patient in person. Don’t worry, we have a few features that’ll help you make the patient feel at ease, and help you consult online effortlessly.

  1. Calling the patient: Hearing your voice will make the patient feel at ease, and you will be able to converse easily to elicit the patient’s history without typing a single word. Your number will not be shared with the patient, and neither will you be billed for the call. We’ve taken care of everything else, so you can focus on taking care of the patient.
  2. Sharing images: The patient can share images with you in the chat, so you can take a closer look, and diagnose more accurately.
  3. Patient history: The patient history is digitalized and can be referred during the video call which makes it easy for doctor.
  4. Prescriptions: With digital signatures, and the online prescription made easier than ever.
  5. Prescriptions reminder: The patient can send the reminder if doctor miss to add prescription.
  6. Chat: The patient can chat to doctor for an hour post the appointment to get the support on consultation, which made the platform more friendly.

Click on the ‘Calendar’ tab in Theraverse Provider app, and you will see edit icon on right top. Click on the edit icon. This will take you to a Available appointment page where you can define the slots and consultation fee. To configure unavailable slots, click on “Manage Slots“. This will take you to unavailable slot selection page. Select the unavailable slots and Save. You are now ready to get appointment request based on configured time slots.

Click on the ‘Calendar’ tab in Theraverse Provider app, and you will see edit icon on right top. Click on the edit icon. This will take you to a Available appointment page where you can define the available appointment slots and fee. Save each slot. You are now ready to receive online appointment request.

The TheraSeal is modeled after the Bell of Hope, a symbol of mental health since 1953. Cast from the chains of individuals once locked in state hospitals, the TheraSeal bell resonates deeply with those who care about and support mental health.

All TheraSeal-certified organizations, at their discretion, will have their logo included on Theraverse’s TheraSeal website and be showcased on Theraverse’s social media platforms and national newsletter. Certified organizations will also receive a toolkit that provides materials to promote the certification among their networks.

After submitting the completed application, please allow 10 to 15 business days to receive the results, including which level of recognition—Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum—the employer qualifies and how it scored in each category.

Individual employer responses submitted with the application will be kept confidential and secure on Theraverse’s servers and be used only for the purposes of this application. Theraverse may use aggregated information in educational or promotional tools.

If the employer does not qualify or wishes to achieve a higher level of recognition, Theraverse and its network of workplace partners can provide resources to assist the employer in improving their score before the March 31st deadline or for the following application cycle.

The employer will be asked to renew its certification in January of each year. If an organization chooses to renew its certification, the applicant will review its prior application and submit changes for review no later than March 31st of that year.

Theraverse accepts TheraSeal applications from September of each year through March of the next year. The submission deadline is March 31 of the year under consideration.

Please anticipate the application process to take an estimated one to two hours to complete from start to finish. The amount of time will vary depending on the resources an employer can allocate to the application process.

What Are The Benefits Of TheraSeal Certification?

Employers with TheraSeal certification, at their discretion, will receive the following program benefits:

  • Recognition via logo inclusion on Theraverse’s TheraSeal website;
  • Recognition on Theraverse’s social media and national newsletter;
  • Access to quarterly Workplace Wellness Newsletter; and
  • Opportunities to collaborate with Theraverse on projects that promote TheraSeal recipients’ achievements, such as panel discussion invitations, speaking engagement, or blog spotlights.

Employers of all sizes and industries are welcome and encouraged to apply.
An employer actively engaged in any effort — through legislation, regulation, litigation, or other advocacy — to create public policies that weaken the rights of employees living with mental health or substance use conditions or discriminate against persons with mental health or substance use conditions are ineligible to apply for the TheraSeal.
